We will ship normally within 24 to 48 hours from the purchase date. We ship Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST time. In some rare occurances it may take longer than 48 hours to ship. Items Returned with an RMA Number: You can call us toll free 1-877-723-6548 for a mandatory Return Authorization Number (RMA). All Returned items are subject to 15% restocking fee if you are requesting money back and shipping fees will not be returned.
Items Returned without an RMA Number: You can only do a return with a RMA number. In order to provide prompt service and processing with out a RMA number your return could be delayed for a long period of time. We also charge 20% restocking fee if an RMA number is not used.
Exchanging Item/s:
Unopened items can be returned for exchange and will be credited full item value minus original shipping. Buyer must pay new shipping to return the item.
