Returns MUST be pre-authorized via e-mail with a return number within 7 days of receipt.
Products must be returned in unused mint condition as received in the gift box, subject to inspection (may take up to 3 business days) by us prior to refund being issued.
The item must be returned at your own expense in the original condition and in original packaging.
(Shipping/Handling & Insurance Fees are Non-refundable).
Refunds are subject to 15% restocking charge.
