The title here says it all, it comes with strap, cap and instructions. The box has a small side tear but looks great overall. Please see all pictures below for best description! Due to high international shipping cost and time consuming shipping, i prefer to ship to USA only, but if you must, i can send the package internationally, see S&H costs below!
