 Awesome Dinner Plate by Fine China of Japan.
It measures 10 3/8".
This pattern is hard to find and rare.  It is the pattern Diane. There are blue flowers, tan baskets and scrolls.  Very pretty.  This  is presently discontinued.  Made in Japan.
 
In good condition.  Has the typical utinsel wear.
 
No chips, no cracks, no crazing.
