| Every effort is made to make all possible defects or blemishes clearly visible in the pictures. Any other details about the item as to it's fitness for any particular purpose are unknown to me, and thus not listed.
Rest assured, that if I say an item is in "Good Working Condition", I mean exactly that and guarantee it to be 100% functional and operational. Also, the pictures you see are of the actual product. On rare occassion I will use "representational" pictures, which means I use one set of pictures for more than one item. I only do this when the items are absolutely identical (usually brand new in the package). What you see is definitely what you will get.
I always declare the condition of the item. Sometimes it is in Great Working Condition, othertimes it may be sold As-Is for parts. As you can see, my auctions are very easy to read, so please be sure to read my auctions and know what you are bidding on. I never sell anything that is known to be bad as being good, or in "unknown condition". The only product that I will sell in unknown condition are products that I do not have the facilities or expertise to properly and thoroughly test. I will always answer any and all emails so please feel free to email me and ask questions!
If you have less than 20 feedback, or less than 95% positive feedback, eMail me before placing your bid(s). Unless you have explicit permission from me to bid on my item, your bid will not be recognized. If you belong to this class of bidder and your unauthorized bid is the winning bid, a non paying bidder alert will be filed with eBay, since you were prohibited by me from bidding or paying in the first place.
Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your payment. I accept PayPal Payment indicating a confirmed shipping address, or Postal Money Order. If you pay by Postal Money Order I will ship your item anywhere you like. I WILL NOT SHIP TO AN UNCONFIRMED PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS. If you pay by PayPal and do not have a confirmed shipping address, I will refund your payment and wait for a Postal Money Order, or a new PayPal payment indicating a confirmed shipping address. If you are unable to make payment by acceptable means (as defined by my clearly-posted auction terms), I will have to refund your payment, and file non-paying bidder with ebay so that I may be reimbursed for my original ebay listing fees. Fixed Shipping is for the contiguous 48 states only. All items are sent via UPS Ground, if you need other shipping arrangements to be made, eMail me and we can work something out. Please try to avoid sending me a PO Box as your address, as it may delay the shipment of your purchase by a day or two.
I will not ship internationally. There are so many problems with shipping internationally, with packages being held or lost at customs. So many headaches that I just won't do it. Sorry.
I have experience shipping freight items, I also am aggressive in seeking the best freight quote available (and it almost never comes from freightquote.com). Larger freight items will not be overly-expensive to ship, so bid with confidence!
