Die-Cast John Deere Tractor

Here is a John Deere Model M Tractor that I've had for a while. I don't know much about die-cast vehicles...only that my grandkids and I like 'em and we seem to have quite a few. I don't know the scale of this, so I've included a picture of it beside my hand. It's much bigger than your usual matchbox size. This die cast vehicle is by Ertl. On one side of the tractor, the embossed casting text reads Ertl Dyersville, Iowa, 52040 - Made in USA. THe other sidereads Dubuque 1947-1952 Model M Series. '1996' is painted or permanent-inked on the bottom of the vehicle. I presume this is the date of its issue. This is a rather heavy, collectible toy. The paint is in good condition...only a couple of minor dings on a couple of corners...see 'em? I didn't think so. Decals are in fine shape. Wheels are in excellent condition. This is apparently a low mileage tractor. It is a bit dustyin some of those hard to reach areas...but then, aren't all tractors a little bit dusty? (I'll give it one last wipe before it's shipped).
