5. With thick blade: |
| |

Be sure to check blade thickness from seller before purchasing. In order to cut off material costs and manufacturing labors, some makers (and/or sellers) do supply die cutters with thin blade. It makes their cutters' price looks great, however, the cutter's life time is seriously decreased. The "number of cuts" of a cutter with blade thickness 0.1" (2.54mm) is only 0.1/0.2 x 0.1/0.2 = 1/4 of a die cutter with blade in thickness 0.2" (5.08mm)! |
