Diffuser instructions: Remove lid from glass bottle, pour in the oil, put the open wood cap on and insert the reeds. It may take up to 48-72 hours for the scent to completely disperse throughout the room, depending on the size of room.
If the scent seems to be less after a few days, the reed could be clogged with dust, turn them over and insert again.
If you change the scent, you should change the reeds also since some scents won't play together nicely...

I will gladly combine shipping for multiple auctions. Just email me, and I will send you an invoice with the total for all items. Shipping is free for orders totaling $100.00 or more, half price shipping for orders $50.00 to $99.99! If shipping seems too high, request an invoice and I will send one with the actual shipping costs. Also, please note that insurance costs are included in shipping costs (as handling). This cost is per item/BOGO offer purchased, so if you purchase multiple items, it may be a good idea to request an invoice before paying, as the actual insurance cost is charged per box shipped, and the handling will be included in each item. Unfortunately, I don't have a better way to do this right now.
This is because of a new policy by eBay that does not allow sellers to offer insurance as required or optional, but does require sellers to be responsible for items until received by buyers. The USPS does NOT back up their service unless insurance is purchased, and I have had several packages arrive at their destinations beat up and one even marked (admitted) that they were damaged by the USPS in transit, but they still would not be responsible for the cost of package nor shipping! Also, some packages have been lost, never arriving at the destination, and I got the same response, they are not responsible if no insurance was purchased! So I am forced to insure every package that I send!

AVAILABLE WAX TYPES:
CRYSTAL PALM-crystalline finish natural palm wax (like star bursts)
FEATHER PALM- feathery finish natural palm wax
SOY-smooth finish natural soy wax
All of our candles are hand poured, (all are natural wax, unless noted otherwise) with plenty of scent and vivid colors. We use only lead-free wicks. If there is a wire in the wick, it will be zinc, which is non-toxic when burned. Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products the colors may vary.
Tip - Add ½ teaspoon of water in the bottom of your votive holder before burning votives. This will make it easy to remove any remaining wax once the candle has burned out and cooled. I suffer from health problems so please bear with me if the items are not shipped out right away. My only helper is my son who goes to high school, and who cannot completely run the business, he only helps me with it. Sometimes I am unable to check messages and send out orders, that is the reason for the handling time. Please note that this handling time is a maximum, it will not be that way for all orders, and hopefully not for any more ...
