When the company went out of business, this system was working perfect with no problems noted. Of course, good technical help is available nationwide for these well-known systems, so if you are not especially knowledgeable about it, our consignor says “not to worry”. This is a DigiTech, with ComDial full digital “PBX” voice mail system, “Small Office Lite”, using standard desktop PC interface, that includes, among many other things:
Voice Mail and Mailboxes

Page

No unreasonable wait times
No lost calls
Fax capabilities
Tailored messages
Unit-to-unit transferability
NO need for “switchboard” operator
WHY PAY MANY THOUSANDS FOR SO MUCH SMALLER SYSTEMS??

This system comes with 15 very versatile “Impact” phones, but appears to be expandable to 24 lines (be sure to check tech data independently, we are not experts). We see rather small systems, with perhaps only 6 lines selling for several thousand dollars, and yet this system offers so much more. YES, it’s “used”, and NO, it’s not the “latest” technology. But who really needs the latest and greatest? NASA perhaps? Folks, get real! This is a steal!!
HERE IS YOUR COST EFFECTIVE SOLUTION!!
This professional system will be the BACKBONE of your business. Calls won’t be dropped, leads never lost, no one will be “lost” in Wait Hell…the system makes sure of that! And you don’t even need to worry about your receptionist calling in sick on you, she never was much of a switchboard person anyway! Our consignor says it’s FOOL-PROOF, your business will always be able to maintain a professional front to your callers, and your staff will enjoy ultimate flexibility in call routing, transferring, etc.

NO, you may not be giant company like General Motors or IBM, but you CAN enjoy a fully professional phone system that ensures you can compete with the best, for so much less! MAKE THIS A PRIORITY FOR YOUR COMPANY, THIS IS A RARE OPPORTUNITY TO PICK UP A GREAT SYSTEM AT YOUR PRICE!!

Note in the photos, you also get various manuals/printed info, cables, wires…whatever was there, you get. The person who uninstalled the system was careful, and was formerly a phone company technician who used to put in big phone systems for Air Force bases. Again, you can find a local person to help you if you don’t have a person in your organization who can do it, but this is a rather easy “install”, since these are stand-alone, compact units. It looks likes you may need to just hook up your PC, with your standard interface cables, perhaps downloading whatever program info you need, etc. There are no computer discs, although you may very well be able to directly make all the changes you need without hooking up to a PC, since set-up was already done. It appears that messages, for example, can be easily changed just using the phone, following the directions, etc., and it seems to be the case with other features as well. AGAIN, we’re not “experts”, please take any of this info as helpful at best, but we may be off about particulars. Hopefully, this is something you can research yourself, do make sure you know what you’re bidding on.
