With no reserve and a low starting bid, here is a used but in good shape, DigiTech GSP5. The manual cover states the GSP 5 is a;

Digital Guitar Processor / Preamp with Digital Tube Distortion. I can't say much about it except that it works but it's not for me. It's in good shape and comes with the FS300 footswitch, a manual that I downloaded and the power cord (120V). It also has a new internal battery installed.  The manual appears to be a poor copy but is readable.
