All invoices must be paid within 5 business days or the order will be considered void. We accept all major credit cards via PayPal as well as eChecks. We do not accept personal checks. Items shipping within the State of New York are subject to applicable sales tax.

Shipping Policy:
All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground at a flat rate of $7.50. If you are looking for expedited service (Red, Blue or Orange Label) please contact us by email or phone and we will be happy to accommodate you. General Tools does not ship to PO and APO/FPO box addresses, so be sure to have a PERMANENT address on your invoice. Additionally, we will only ship to Verified PayPal addresses. Completed orders ship out daily at 3pm from General Tools’ New York, NY warehouse, and we can usually have your order processed and shipped within two business days. We offer combined shipping on multiple orders.

International shipping is available via USPS Priority Mail International. Please refer to the eBay shipping calculator on the auction to determine your respective shipping rate. Again, you must have a verified PayPal address.

Return Policy:
All goods are sold without return privileges except where the product is determined to be damaged in manufacturing or transit, or shipped by General in error. At General’s discretion, returns may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. General reserves the right to refuse a package for which an RMA number has not been provided. Prior to returning any product to General, please be certain to read the following guidelines in order to expedite the return process:

1. Obtain an RMA number from our customer service department at 1-800-697-8665. Please have your invoice available when you call.
2. When returning tools and electronics which show manufacturing damages, please include a memo listing your contact information, RMA number and a description of the problem with the tool.
3. The return must be made within the allotted return time period of 14 days after the shipment date.
4. Returned items must include all accessories that were originally shipped.
