    Return Policy:
    • All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is a different model from that which you won in a Chance Deals auction.
    • If an item is not the same model as that in the description please contact us at chancedeals@genco.com, within 48 hours of receipt and we will make arrangements to exchange the product. If an item is not available, we will refund your total payment.
    • Exchanges or refunds will not be processed until the original item is returned to the warehouse and verified.
    • Once the 48 hour window has passed, we will not extend exchange or refund privileges.
