Shipping UPS or FDX ground to 48 continental states costs $8.00, offering combined shipping discount, cost of shipping for the second package is half off. 

Shipping cost to PO box, APO box, FPO box is extra. Shipping cost to AK, HI, VI, PR, GUAM is $12.00 by USPS priority mail. 

We will ship by  FDX GND, UPS GND, FDX HOME DELIVERY, POSTAL SERVICES. We will ship the same day if payment is received by 4 pm or ship next day in normal circumstances.  No shipping on holidays and weekends. Shipping Insurance is covered by us. Breakage in transit will be replaced or refunded to customer's satisfaction.   Shipping cost is non refundable. We value responsive customer service and prompt shipping and above all  customer satisfaction.  .

We take total customer satisfaction seriously. Buyer has a 3 day right of inspection. If not completely satisfied, item may be returned for a full refund minus all shipping costs. Shipping & handling fee is non-refundable and buyer must be responsible for return product shipping cost. All returns must be authorized with a RMA # from LDB WEBTRONICS within three days of receiving product.

Defective product can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.  LDB WEBTRONICS will ship replacement upon receiving returned item and cover standard ground shipping cost for replacement.
