We do a very large business, and cannot have a postal pickup over 75 lbs. Therefore some items have to go on the next days list and so on. We do get orders out as fast as possible. We ask that you give us Five (5) days to ship your order. You will be asked to stop bidding and pay your invoice when your total auctions reaches 10 auctions and/or are within 7 days of each other; and then you may start over and start bidding again. Please do not run up a large tab and then string out the payment. We ship all orders within 5 days. If you need a rush on an order please let us know and if it is within our power to do so we will put a rush on it. However we cannot and will not guarantee this as our policy is to have each order out within 5 working days. As we have busy lives and we have issues come up where we cannot always get them out faster. There will be times when we do get them out faster but the 5 day shipping time allows for circumstances within our lives as well. We will gladly combine shipping for you. Each order is different and we do our best to get you the cheapest possible rate with the best possible service. So we handle every situation on a case by case basis.

It has come to our attention that we need to clearly state that we do not lie on customs forms. This is illegal and we will not break the law for anyone. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause you but if this is a problem then PLEASE DO NOT BID! We do everything possible to keep your shipping and handling prices as low as possible and we will only include what you pay as the value on the customs forms. Not the actual value WHICH IS MUCH HIGHER! So Please, If you do not want to pay the duties on your package then PLEASE DO NOT BID ON OUR ITEMS! And DO NOT EMBARASS US OR YOU BY ASKING US TO LIE ON THESE FORMS. We will however work with you to package and ship your order the best possible way to save you money if we can. All you need to do is communicate with us. Most international orders will pay some type of duties when your package goes through customs. We cannot control this and we will not mark your item as a gift to prevent these charges. This is illegal. We will however package your order in such a way as to keep the duties as low as possible. When you buy more than $100 worth of merchandise sometimes it is better to break it up into a couple of small shipments to prevent the large duties as they seem to be quite a bit more once the value reaches $100. It may be that several orders may fit in one flat rate box and you will only pay for shipping the first item. Or it may be that we need to combine several orders in one box and ship by total weight. It depends on the items. However, We Do Not make money on our shipping. We charge a small handling fee on the first order to help offset some of the packing and selling fees but other than that we charge only what it costs us to ship it to you. We are happy to provide you with a breakdown of the shipping and handling charges of your order upon request.

Insurance is now included in all packages. However claims will be paid only after following the guidelines. International orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. We must wait a full 60 days before filing a claim for International Orders and six (6) weeks for domestic orders.

We want you to 100% happy with your purchase. So you may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for a complete refund minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping. We do not pay shipping charges. All returned items must be in their original condition in their original packaging. The only exceptions to this is damaged items. In such case you will need to file an insurance claim if your item was lost or damaged during shipping.Please contact us if you believe you have an Insurance claim and we will assist you in filing the claim. Each package now has Insurance except for the countries that are on the restricted list. For Domestic Shipments you may file an Insurance claim within 30 days of the shipment date and for International Shipments you must file after 45 days of the shipment date. We will assist you with the claim process in any way that we can. However this is rare as in the 4 years we have been doing this we have only had 2 packages lost in the mail.

I am a great-grandmother that has built my business over the 4 years on Ebay. This is my full-time job. The only way that I support myself. I purchase these items through a wholesale distributor that buys closeouts and shelf pulls from craft stores. All items are Brand New and in Brand New condition unless stated otherwise. We do occassionally have some items that have cracked cases or damaged wrappings but it will be clearly stated if that is the case.

My daughter , Ragene will be helping out with my business. She has come to work with me and will be managing my business. We will be making a lot of exciting changes in the months to come. We will be expanding our store and opening a web store that will feature handmade arts and crafts.
