Windows 2000/XP/Vista, Pentium III 700MHZ or faster, 800MHZ for Vista, 128MB RAM (512MB for Vista), 50MB hard drive space, DirectX 7.0 compatible video card (3D video card with 32MB VRAM for Vista), 800x600 16-bit colour display, keyboard and mouse.  Internet connection is required for Together features (multiplayer, sharing content – PC only).

MacIntosh OS X 10.4 – 10.5, Power PC G4 or G5 or Intel processor, 800MHZ processor or faster, 256MB RAM, 50MB hard drive space, 800x600 16-bit colour display, keyboard and mouse.

This software comes in a sealed CD case. 

Windows Vista Compatibility:

If Windows Vista is not specifically advised in the system requirements, I cannot be sure about compatibility. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their computer meets any system requirements for all software purchased.

Payment Options:

All payments must be received within 7 days of your final purchase date or a non-payment dispute will be raised.

Australian Customers:

The preferred method of payment that ARB Games accepts is bank deposit, internet transfer, cheque or money order.  Please ensure that the full details of your payment are advised via the Ebay.

VISA or Mastercard credit cards are also accepted – credit card details can be sent via the Ebay message system.

International customers must complete their payments via Paypal or VISA / Mastercard credit cards.

Postage & Handling Charges:

No pickup service is available - ARB Games is strictly an online business only.

Combined postage & handling charges are available for multiple purchases to be sent together in one parcel. 

Generally, postage & handling fee of $2.00 per additional item is payable after taking the highest individual charge for one of the items as the base cost.  However, combined costs will be higher for larger, heavier items such as jigsaw puzzles.

Australian Customers

Registered post is mandatory for all parcels containing multiple items that exceed a combined value of $50.00 AUD. 

Please ensure that the $2.75 registered post fee is added to your payment if this applies to your order.

Registered post includes insurance up to a value of $100.00 AUD. Additional insurance is available for a fee of $1.25 per additional $100.00 or part thereof.

All individual items that exceed $50.00 AUD in value will have the cost of registered post included in the postage & handling costs.

Registered post is also optional for items & parcels under $50.00 in value for a $2.75 fee.  Please ensure that you add the applicable fee to your payment if you wish to take up this option.

International Customers

International postal insurance is mandatory for all parcels exceeding $50.00 AUD in value and includes insurance up to a value of $100.00 AUD.  Additional insurance is available for a fee of $2.00 per $100.00 AUD or part thereof.

All individual items that exceed $50.00 AUD in value will have the cost of international insurance already included in the postage & handling costs.

Generally, all orders are despatched using Australia Post within 5 business days of confirmed receipt of your payment.  However, occasional delays may occur and you will be notified if this applies to your order.

Domestic parcels misplaced by Australia Post

If your parcel has not been delivered after a period of 10 business days from the date of posting, please contact ARB Games.  An official Customer Service Complaint form will be lodged with Australia Post on your behalf as a matter of courtesy.  Australia Post will then commence an investigation into your missing parcel and this process usually takes approximately 6 weeks to complete. 

If a missing parcel cannot be located, Australia Post may decide to issue compensation up to a value of $50.00 AUD.  Please note that compensation is not mandatory for any missing parcel sent via normal post and any decision to award compensation is entirely at Australia Post’s discretion.

However, compensation is mandatory for all missing parcels that have been sent with Registered Post, up to a value of $100.00 (or higher if additional insurance has been paid for).

ARB Games will send a free replacement for your missing order, if and when compensation is received from Australia Post.
