Braae Enterprises seeks to fulfill 100% customer satisfaction and as such, we offer our satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund of 100% of the total purchase price of the item(s) less shipping and handling charges. We will reimburse you for any/all return shipping charges so long as you provide us with proof of receipt of the transaction. You can provide proof of receipt to us in the following ways. (1). Send a copy of the receipt along with the item(s) when you ship it back to us. (2). Mail a copy of the receipt directly to Braae Enterprises c/o Patrick Braae 5238 A Street Tacoma, WA 98408. (3). Scan your receipt and e-mail a copy to us at braae.enterprises@gmail.com Braae Enterprises will not pay any reimbursements without proof of receipt. (Please allow 2-4 weeks for your reimbursement). This Return Policy expires exactly 30 days after the completion of the purchase and is not negotiable. This Return Policy is subject to change at any time by Braae Enterprises sole discretion without notice. Any abuse of this Return Policy is strictly forbidden and any party who so abuses this Return Policy shall not do business with Braae Enterprises in future transactions i.e. auctions, buy it now purchases, purchases from our online stores and the like.
 
Braae Enterprises can only accept credit card payments through Paypal. Any/all customers who wish to pay by credit card must 1. Win the auction. 2. Email braae.enterprises@gmail.com to notify them of your intent to pay with a credit card. 3. Provide the email address that you would like your invoice delivered to. 4. Pay the invoice when it is emailed to you.
 
Braae Enterprises default shipping uses USPS First Class & First Class International mail in FLAT RATE boxes ($10.35) or envelopes ($5.00) if applicable. Add $0.45 for delivery confirmation (US only). If you would like to request personalized shipping options such as... signature confirmations, next day air, overnight, etc... you will need to notify us of such requests. (In order to qualify for FLAT RATE shipping, the item being bid upon must be able to fit into the flat rate envelope or box. The largest flat rate box dimensions are 12"L x 12"W x 5.5"T. All other items will be shipped USPS First Class & First Class International mail. Charges are based on item weight and shipping distance.
