You are bidding on a used Hughes/Directv HR10-250 HD DVR with TIVO.  Item itself is in excellent condition.  Included with this unit is the following:

250GB hard drive - 200 hrs standard def programming - 30 hrs HD programming
HDMI Cable
Component video cable
Audio cables
Power cable
S Video Cable
Telephone splitter cable
Telephone line (not sure how long, it is brand new, probably around 12-16 feet)
Remote (some damage to the buttons, I would recommend picking up a new remote or using a universal remote)
Comes with a DirecTV card, but you will need to get a new one from them if you wish to activate it using their service (Costs $20 I believe).  Contact DirecTV customer service for more info
Rare programming still on Hard Drive

Please note this unit is discontinued.  Unit powers on fine and can access the programs on the TIVO perfectly.  Satellite service was in perfect working order when I stopped using it.
