For our International customers, we accept ONLY PayPal payments in Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pound Sterling, Yen, or Australian Dollars. You may use your credit card to fund your PayPal account to make your  payment to us. 

International shipments may be subject to import custom duties imposed by your government.  You are responsible to your government for these additional costs.  

If you purchase additional auction items or store items from us within a 3-day period, we will ship the items together at a reduced shipping cost.  The cost is  only $3.00  per item to ship each additional item with your original order.  (Orders valued less than $100).

The US Postal Service is our preferred shipper.  To US customers, orders are shipped with USPS Delivery Confirmation at no additional cost to provide added confidence.    Please note that customers must sign for high valued packages.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: Your government may impose an import duty on the item you receive. The seller has no control over this.  Also, we cannot mark this item at lesser value or  as a "Gift".  

If you have any questions regarding customs duties, please contact the your government's custom office. Your shipment value will be declared at the ending value of the auction PLUS only $5.00 for shipping.

Unique, as-is, or one-of-a-kind items are NOT returnable. Note that Body Jewelry items are not returnable.

New items, including jewelry and NWT clothing, can be returned only if there is a manufacturer's defect .  The item will be exchanged with a replacement or the customer will receive a store credit. 

PLEASE inspect your item as soon as it is received! Email notification is required within 3 days of receipt. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.
