These coins were minted by RARITIES MINT of Anahiem, California back in 1987. There were suppose to be 20,000 half ouncers made, but rumor has it that many of these coins were either melted or sold WITHOUT the certificates by Rarities Mint because they were unable to sell them all as certified coins, which only makes these certified coins more rare than we thought.
