This ownership is for a fabulous package of 84,000 Biennial, Odd-Year RCI Points. This level of points has been known to get two, three, four, or even more weeks of vacation depending on how you use them. These points are issued to your account Biennially In Odd Years beginning in 2011.  It is permanently deeded, and the maintenance and taxes are billed every year prior to the points being issued to the account. The fees AVERAGE only $471.37 and are billed annually (please see below for details). After the deeds are recorded and transferred into your name, an RCI Points account is established in your name.  The cost of the first years RCI membership is included in this purchase.  Subsequent  years are separate from maintenance fees and run approximately $124 per year (or less if you purchase several years at a time). This is a deeded property so a Warranty Deed will be prepared and signatures gathered. It will then be sent to the county where the resort is located for recording. After the newly recorded deed is returned it is forwarded to the Resort/Management Company along with the transfer fees.
