Our beautiful six bedroom home is located in a quiet residential subdivision only ten minutes from Disney.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and cable tv. The large master bath has a walk in closet, large shower, and garden tub. There is a second bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with  two sets of twin beds.  There is another bedroom with a full size bed.   There is a full bath on the upstairs level.   There is also a another large bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom with a shower. 

The house sleeps 12 people and no pets. The house is non smoking.

By listing this auction I verify that I am the actual travel agent or travel provider and not a third party affiliate. The travel/accommodations in this auction will be booked directly through me and not an outside agency. I also verify that, other than the government taxes and related government fees stated within the listing description itself, there will be absolutely no additional fees, charges or after auction purchases associated with booking the travel within this listing."

The fully equipped kitchen, includes range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and many small appliances and all tableware and utensils. There is a formal dining area. The house has an additional half bath on the lower level, full laundry room. and one  car garage.  The house has central air.

The main attraction of this house is the beautiful screened in pool. A perfect way to relax after a hard day at one of the theme parks. There is an additional charge for the pool heater for the week if desired.
