ALL sessions are multi-dimensional, utilizing four or more of each of the following services / systems / techniques in every session - in most cases six or more:

Sabrina, your attending CHHP (Certified Holistic Healing Practitioner), also brings heightened Intuitive Healing to each and every session. She has earned over 20 Certifications in holistic modalities. For a partial listing, please review the "Did You Know" sections at the end of the listing.

Her very multi-dimensional healing services are valued at $120.00 per hour session.  

You will receive:

• 1 one-hour therapeutic distant healing session
• Session Report, delivered approximately seven business days of the scheduled session – includes:
• Images / visions, sensations, intuitions, feelings, etc., picked up during the session
• Special helps – if any are presented and the HP (Healing Practitioner) believes the recipient will benefit from them
• Educational information where and when applicable
• Other, as outlined above

Basic Session Preparation

During your scheduled session times, it is most beneficial if you are lying down or sitting in a quiet and relaxed state in a place where you are unlikely to be interrupted. You will want to turn off phones, computers, and TVs. Many recipients enjoy listening to relaxation / meditation music and / or burning candles during their sessions. 

Many people inquire: “Do you call me or do I call you?”

A: Neither. It is not necessary to be on the phone during the session. I also do not use IM contacts during sessions because Computers interfere with the healing energies being sent. Computers, TVs, and other similar electronic devices emit EMFs (electromagnetic frequencies) which are often damaging to one’s health due to the disturbances they cause in the thymus gland. Prolonged exposure and work with PCs frequently cause what is known as EMF poisoning. These are the reasons why it is highly suggested to turn off these devises during sessions. Likewise, I suggest turning off PC’s completely when not in use.

Scheduling

Step One: Once you have won the auction and payment has been received, I will contact you with a request for minimal information. (If you have previously worked with me and have already sent this information to me, you will receive a listing of scheduling options.

Step Two: Scheduling options will be sent, according to your preferences and my work hours. Depending on your answers to the requested information, you might or might not also be sent additional information and materials.

What to Expect During Your Session

Your experience will be as unique and individual as are you. However, commonly reported experiences are:

• sleepiness
• body tingling and / or physical 'vibrations'
• swirling and / or colorful lights (energy)
• ‘out of body experience’
• 'past life recall'
• spiritual awakening
• weeping/crying (a sometimes necessary release of built-up negativity)
• mental, emotional, spiritual, energetic
• buried memories surfacing (both pleasant and unpleasant)

• opening to (or experiencing) 'supernatural' phenomenon

Longer-term and deeper effects are often experienced with regular treatments. Such longer-term and deeper effects can include improved relationships, improved sleeping, a deeper sense of calm and peace, ability to better handle life’s daily stressors, peace of mind, decreased anxiety, decrease in symptoms of depression, development of increased joy and happiness, and more.

Please note: Due to high demand, sessions are scheduled in the order payments are received. It might take up to 48 hours before I am able to contact you. Please be aware my offices are CLOSED ON WEEKENDS and US Holidays. Services purchased or ordered Friday thru Sunday will be handled Monday and Tuesday of the following week, provided it is not a US holiday or scheduled US holiday closure. Holistic Energy-Based Healing is not a replacement for regular medical care, rather it is a wonderful adjunct to it; continue to follow all advice and take all prescriptions as directed by your healthcare professionals. Dr. Usui's Understanding [from the history of Reiki as told by Mrs. Takata]

Dr. Usui, after working in the beggar village for 7 years said, "...giving Reiki away makes beggars of people." Or when you give something to someone without some form of energy exchange, they expect and beg for more, and no longer value what is given; "...it's easier to be a beggar". In fostering this attitude the lessons will continue at a much slower vibration or basal level and debts are incurred. A change in thinking/action can change ones life and the impact they have on others.
