Limited Edition Debbie DITZ Ludwig Design. This Father Christmas stands 57" Tall next to a lighted five foot tree appointed with gorgeous Christmas decorations.

Our custom made Father Christmas characters are original designs by Joyce Ditz and Debbie Ditz Ludwig. They were inspired by the giving spirit of the legendary Bishop of Myra, St. Nicholas. Original concept sulpture was created by Jan Fegley, renowned artist and porcelain painter. Father Christmas characters measure 57" Tall and retail for $700 and up.

THE HEN HOUSE STORY
The creative joy from The Hen House is the inspiration of Joyce Ditz, R.N. Working in her basement, Joyce, out of her love for at home moms and her fondness for fun creations transformed her hobby into a flourishing business. Joyce designed hand puppets for an educational children's program called "Dangers of Smoking" while she was serving as a board member of the local chapter of the Lung Association in 1979. In 1980, founded The Hen House. Today, it still embraces her philosophy of caring and nurturing with three generations of Joyce's family and scores of extended family artisans working within the business.

DITZ designs and Hen House creations are enjoyed around the world because of their imaginative, charming and heartwarming character, and quality. The great attention to detail adds to their realism as well as their ability to draw people into an enchanting world. MERCHANDISE RETURN AUTHORIZATION POLICY AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
To obtain authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply email me within 3 days of item receipt. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 25% restocking fee, and must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.

CONDITIONS
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.

a. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.

b. Sample items are not returnable.

c. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.

ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES
If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact me within 14 days of the date of shipment of your order and your claim will be processed immediately.

NOTE: Established procedures by FedEx, UPS, U.S. Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.

U.S. SHIPPING
Winner of auction to pay all S&H charges unless otherwise stated in auction. I ship mainly via FedEx or UPS and a tracking number is always provided. Please make sure you have a physical address listed - not a P.O. Box - so there is no delay in your shipment. Multiple Auction Winners pay combined shipping so be sure to view my other auctions.

If you live locally and would like to pick-up your items arrangements can be made (applies to stock items only).

This item was available at time of listing. However, occasionally an item will sell out prior to auction end. In the event that happens you will have the following options: 1) Receive an immediate refund; 2) Select a similar item at the same price; or 3) Wait for item to restock.

Ditz Designs items are shipped direct from the manufacturer and usually require a longer shipping time. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery during off season. Also, Father Christmas items tend to sell out very quickly and become unavailable for the rest of the season or are retired by Ditz and are no longer produced.
