14-Day Return Policy At Dive with Chuck
14-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our merchandise. If it is within 14 days and the items are in new condition with original packaging, there is a 100% credit on any item. If it is within 14 days and the items are used or not returned with original packaging, it's not a problem, we will credit you for 75% of the item price. You will need a Return Authorization (RA) – simply include the RA Form on the back of your receipt or e-mail us for a new form. To ensure that your return/exchange is handled in a speedy manner, always include a copy of your receipt. To return an item, just follow the simply directions below and we’ll take care of the rest!
Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products should be in the condition they were received in, as well as in their original packaging. Please remember to include all warranty cards and manuals. Please include the RA Form with a copy of your receipt. Send your package via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. (Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.) In the event of any questions or problems with your order, or if the product received was defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. **Returns of DVD’s and CD-ROM’s will only be Exchanged for the same item.**
Payments
PayPal is our preferred payment method but we will accept money orders, cashier checks, or personal checks. There is a 10 day hold for money orders, cashier checks, or personal checks from the date they are received. Please contact us within 48 hours of winning item for payment methods other than PayPal. International customers need to pay for items through PayPal.
Shipping
We do our best to get your new items out as quick as possible. We ship items out within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Our primary shipping carrier is the USPS, we offer both Parcel Post and Priority Mail shipping. We offer shipping to APO/FPO address.
International Shipping
We offer Worldwide shipping through USPS Priority Mail. Items must be paid through PayPal and there is a $2.00 handling fee for international shipping.
