a Red DD and a Black DD - in two different ear-do's! The Table Setting
Ensemble features the classic cropped look with custom fabric with Dobes
by Monique Akar! The vase will make a gorgeous holder for your favorite
bouquet and will provide a beautiful foil for the pair of lovelies it
will grace! You might well wonder which is the functional element here
- Does the DoubleDobe Vase grace the flowers or vice versa - hmmmm,
that too easy!! We'll give you time to contemplate that question whilst
you sip your favorite brew from your Gilded Goblet! This is so uniquely
elegant - the gilded raised center framing the DoubleDobeDelight, the
gold trim on the handle and another gold ring on the bottom! Very nice!

pair of DobeAngels, Mary Jo and her assistant Gracie Maxter for the
lovely Table Setting Ensemble and Nancy Phillips and her kidz, Maggie,
Jake, Chanelle and Pharrah for re-donating the Gladhill Collection Vase
and Gilded Goblet!! How very kind of all of you to join together to
raise money for a very sweet and most deserving DobeGuy, The Captain!
The Captain has been through hell but he is now in heaven!! Tickets
to heaven are very expensive BUT they saved this great guy's life thanks
to Arda Barber and her Rescue Angels from Second Chance Dobes in Michigan.

We
are auctioning this Hearts & Dobermans Table
Runner, Heart Hot Pads, Vase & Goblet Ensemble to help
raise money for dear Captain (left), a wonderful and sweet DobeGuy.
He's only about 3, but he was already an unwanted stray
when a car hit him, injuring him badly. There's no telling how long
he lay there on the road when he was found and picked up by animal
control. He lay untreated for days until Arda Barber and Second Chance
Dobes were finally allowed to take him and get him to a vet. A broken
forelimb, an excruciating degloving of his left foot - the pad completely
torn off most of the toes and pad, one toe with a completely exposed
metatarsal! And he lay there, untreated, and likely in mind-numbing
pain - NOT because of rules but because an uncaring poor excuse for
a caretaker allowed this to happen! You will be happy to know that
even Animal Control thought this was extreme and this 'thing' will
no longer be able to subject another animal to this kind of abuse.
All the proceeds from this auction (minus the fees for eBay and PayPal
if applicable) will go to help dear Captain with his treatment and
