If you haven't received your purchase within a reasonable time

Please notify us and we will do our Best to find it for you. Please check at your Post Office FIRST!!!

If a Mug has been put through the dishwasher, sorry, but the policy is voided.

Replacement/Refund will be made on any Breakages whilst in the Post (after photographic evidence is viewed). You will also need to contact Australia Post with a claim, which we are happy to help with.
