Q. Is it mandatory to have an RMA number in order to return a product to Demsond Pet Depot?
A. Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the applicable Return period. Demsond Pet Depot will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 7 days, within which Demsond Pet Depot must receive the returned products. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.For your protection, please insure the package and use a "traceable" shipping method such as UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
