*Collar Size: You must measure your pets neck for a correct size, do not measure the length of your pets current collar, if you don't know your pets neck size don't guess, just measure his neck and compare to my sizes. Important, there is no standard sizes for pet collars, your pet may wear a size small in his current collar but my sizes may be different, so just take a few minutes to measure his neck.

Orders outside the US can take anywhere from 15 days to 60 days, 99% of the time the packages are held up in customs, I have no control over the delivery time & I have no control over the customs, I do keep the receiptfor 60 days as proof of mailing if needed. Remember there is no tracking and there is no insurance with standard first class airmail, you can choose to upgrade to Priority Mail the choice is given as a shipping option, if you choose 1st class mail don't e mail a week later and ask me were your package is! There are some countires that I will no longer ship to due to problems with their shipping service.
