Dog Cat Therapy Glove for pets hot or cold compress gel

Reduces pain and swelling caused from arthritis, degenerative joint disease, hip dysplasia, bruises and insect bites.

Can be used hot or cold!

Contains (1) compress gel-pack and (1) glove.

Directions:
Cold Compress Therapy

1. Place the gel-pack flat in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
2. Remove from freezer and place the gel-pack into the Therapy Glove between the black nylon and the blue insulated layer.
3. Place your hand between the two blue insulating layers.
4. Massage the black nylon layer to the desired area for at least 20 minutes.
5. Reusable gel-pack can e stored in the freezer for future use.

Hot Compress Therapy

1. To heat, place the gel-pack flat in the microwave oven.  Heat at full power for 30 seconds.
2. Remove from microwave and knead for one minute to distribute heat evenly.  If desired temperature in not reached, reheat for 10 second increments.
3. Place the gel-pack into the Therapy Glove between the black nylon and blue insulating layer.
4. Check for desired temperature by holding the black nylon layer against inside of forearm.  If too hot, allow to cool.
5. Place your hand between the two blue insulating layers and massage the black nylon layer to the desired area.

Caution:  Do not apply directly to an open wound or tissue.  Make sure that wound is bandaged properly before applying the hot or cold compress to prevent additional injury or complications.  Excess heating or weight may cause the gel-pack to rupture or leak.  Although the contents of the gel-pack are non-toxic, please keep out of reach of children and away from pets to prevent chewing and rupture of gel-pack.
