Refurbished double roll dog waste bag dispenser with lock and 800 biodegradable bags

The Bags:
- Included: 4 Rolls (800 bags)
- 1st grade Biodegradable.
- Strong, 1. Mil thick, so no fingers will be going through these! Not even with long finger nails!
- 14 inch's Long and 8 inch's wide, perfect size for your medium size or large dog.
- The rolls are only 2 3/4" in diameter by 8" long, lots of bags in very little space!
Now usually these rolls have 200 bags per roll and are nice and straight, but you will be receiving 2 unevenly rolled rolls!
This will sound much worse than it really is.
Sometimes the machine does not do a great job! One may have a few more bags and another will have a few less, it may be rolled a little more loosely or maybe the ends are not aligned.
No matter what your rolls imperfection is... The quality of the bags are still the same, if you use a dispenser, the rolls will still fit, and you can rest assured you will receive a minimum of 800 bags, maybe more. The rolls will be sent by weight and the combination weight of both rolls will equal or be over 800 bags.

Shipping: We will gladly combine shipping. Please make all your payment together, as we ship 90% of the time within 24 hours of payment. We ship Tuesday through Friday, most Saturdays and we do ship anything under 1 pound on Monday. Sundays and holidays, we lay back and enjoy.

Refunds: If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us with the problem to first see if we can resolve the issue, if we can not, You will receive a RMA# for the return of said item(s). Returned item(s) must be post-marked within 5 days of our communication. Item(s) must be in the same condition as *received. A full refund of the **purchase price will be submitted within 24 hours. Item(s) returned without RMA# will not be accepted and will be turned back.
