Shipping:  We will gladly combine shipping. Please make all your payment together, as we ship 90% of the time within 24 hours of payment. We ship Tuesday through Friday, most Saturdays and we do ship anything under 1 pound on Monday (due to the post office pick-up policies). Sundays and holidays, we lay back and enjoy (well, we try to :))

Insurance:  All shipments will have shipping confirmation but we do recommend purchasing the insurance as packages DO (rarely, but unfortunately, it does happen!) get damaged and sometimes get lost! so we can not and will not, be responsible for lost or damaged items if you do not opt for the insurance.

International: Buyer is responsible for taxes, duties and sundry charges related to the importation of the item(s).

Shipping quotes: We reserve the right to use U.S.P.S, UPS, Fedex or DHL services at our discretion. If you made multiple orders and paid prior to getting a shipping quote or revised/combined shipping, we may owe you money! This money will be credited to your Dog Bags And More account. This credit will only expire 356 days after the invoice date.

Returns:  If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us with the problem to first see if we can resolve the issue, if we can not, You will receive a RMA# for the return of said item(s). Returned item(s) must be post-marked within 5 days of our communication. Item(s) must be in the same condition as *received. A full refund of the **purchase price will be submitted within 24 hours. Item(s) returned without RMA# will not be accepted and will be turned back.

Damaged  or DOA item(s): Please test you item(s) within 3 days of reception. If item(s) is(are) ***damaged or DOA, email us to receive your RMA#. We reserve the right to either, replace the defective Item(s) (with similar, compatible or better), repair, or **refund your purchase, at our discretion.
