Please note* there is NO industry standard for handmade apparel.  Sizes and dogs are not created equal.   To be sure your baby gets the right fit, you must measure her.

I accept Paypal,  money orders and Personal checks are accepted, but shipment can be delayed as long as 7-10 days due to clearing the bank. PAYMENT IS DUE 3 DAYS AFTER AUCTION ENDS. PLEASE CONTACT ME WITHIN 3 DAYS TO INFORM ME OF THIS.

Items usually ship USPS First Class and or Parcel Post with delivery confirmation. We carefully package our items for proper delivery. Please contact me if you prefer another form of shipment. Items other than the handmade will ship usually within 24-48 hours of payment being received (except for personal check).   Package being lost or damaged in the mail will be the buyer’s responsibility unless shipping insurance was purchased during checkout.

COMBINED SHIPPING, please do not checkout until you are finished shopping.   You must request a combined invoice before paying in order to take advantage of combined shipping and handling.  Items can only be combined within a 7 day period. 

INTERNATIONAL

I only accept paypal for international purchases.   International buyers are encouraged to contact me for shipping rates and options BEFORE bidding.   Even though I haven’t had any problems with international deliveries….please note First Class International cannot be tracked.  If you don’t want to risk it, for a fee you can request priority.

RETURN POLICY

Due to health and safety concerns for pets, Our pet clothing and SEASONAL items are sold as Sales Final. 

We accept returns for items grossly not as described.   Please email me for authorization to return item.  Item must be returned within 3 days of receiving in original packaging.   ITEMS WORN, USED OR DIRTY WILL BE REFUSED AND NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE ISSUED.  Buyer is responsible for any return postage.

NON-PAYING AUCTION

As a buyer, Ebay collects fees from us as soon as the auction ends. In order to get our Ebay fees reimbursed, we will have to file a Non-Paying Bidder with Ebay when transactions are not completed. Please see Non-Paying Bidder Policy for more information.

At Doggie Duds by Deb we offer beautiful pet dresses, harness vests, coats, pajamas, hats and diapers.  “My items” are handmade in a "Smoke free environment".  We select fabrics of good quality and soft to the touch.  Fabrics can range from 100% cotton to mixed blends.  Accents are of varied lace and faux boa and fur. Due to demand and supply laces and trims can vary slightly.  Our promise to you is to stay as close as possible to the picture of the item(s) for sale.  Some of our panty pictures show buttons of varying shapes and colors.  We have eliminated the buttons (unless specifically asked for) due to a choking hazard to your pet.  Our specialty items are designed for your baby to be comfortable while being stylish at the same time.  Our dresses and coats have a generous amount of Velcro added, for easy on and easy off.  Other Sizes are available from XXXXS to XXL and can be priced accordingly.  Please email me for exact cost and fabric availability.   We also provide specialty items from other manufacturers and distributors for your shopping convenience.
