Accented with 1 1/2" turquiose lace, pale yellow eyelet lace, adorable white & baby blue venise trim and sweet blue and yellow satin ribbon bows. It has the "D" Ring already attached for leash attachment. Measurements are appreciated for a more custom fit for your baby and Velcro will be added before shipping.
