Dellamoda offers the following methods for shipping in United States.

 Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Canada Residents must pay $25.00.

Your items will be boxed professionally. We usually ship the next day after payment is received and by UPS only. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses so please make sure to include your physical addresses. 

International shipping:

Shipping internationally fixed amount of $40 and by US Express Mail. Dellamoda offers shipping to the following regions.

We reserve the right to reject any PayPal payments from international buyers unless you contact us first and we authorized your purchase.

We all know time is precious so please be sure of what you are bidding on before you place your bids. Please make your payment within 72hrs. We usually ship within 2 working days after your payment ins received. You will be provided with a tracking number and you may track your packages online at ups.com or usps.com. Please do allow 48hrs for such sites to update and show movements on your package. When you receive your item, examine it carefully. This includes checking for any defects and making sure it is what you have ordered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know within 24 hours upon receiving your item.  After this period, we will not accept any returns or exchanges. No exceptions and no excuses. You will be instructed on how to proceed. 
Items must be returned in original conditions. All tags and  security labels must be intact.  Used items will not be taken back.  You may exchange or get a refund (this does not included shipping charges). 
There will be a $20 restocking fee with ALL exchanges or refunds -- NO EXCEPTIONS. This is to prevent people who are not serious buyers from bidding and then deciding.
You will receive a refund by whichever method you have paid. Other accessories including sunglasses, jewelry, and shoes are a FINAL SALE as they are personal items.  We do respond to all emails within 24 hours so please be patient and we will take care of your requests. 

California residents must pay 9.25% sales tax.  We do not allow personal pick-ups and must ship all items.
