PAYMENTS
We accept payments through PAYPAL… Once we receive your payment, we will ship your item/items. Please confirm shipping address when you submit payment. Many times E-bay & PayPal have different shipping address. We ask that you submit payment within 3 days. If you need additional time, just email us with the time you need and we will make arrangements. If payment is made by E-check on PayPal, it takes 4-10 days for your check to clear. Once check clears we will ship your item.
I will be happy to combine shipping. Please notify me of multiple orders so we can invoice you before you pay. We will combine your purchases with one low shipping cost. Orders over $100 have free shipping. If you pay for each item separately, we cannot offer you combine shipping or shipping discounts.
If you have any questions, doubts, or requests, please feel free to email us. We will do everything possible to accommodate your requests.
SHIPPING
Items are shipped once payment is received. We ship within 1-3 days. Please allow additional time when there is a holiday during the week.
Delivery confirmation is available for $ 0.75 extra.
Insurance, express mail or overnight is also available at an additional cost.
We try to send all items as inexpensively as possible. Size and weight are sometimes a factor, so please take this into consideration when purchasing an item especially furniture. We package our items carefully and packages are marked clearly. If you are concerned about receiving your package, we recommend you purchase insurance.
Gift wrap is available for $2.50 extra. Please contact us prior to making payment to request type of gift wrap and/or occasion.
We will be happy to ship item to a different shipping address. Email us with the information including person we should ship to, address, city, state, and zip code.
REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, please contact us. You may return the item within seven days of delivery in its original state, un used . We will refund cost of your item less shipping and handling charges.

Feedback to us is very important. If you are happy with our service, please leave us positive feedback with 5 star rating. If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact us so we may rectify any matters you are unhappy with. Each buyer’s happiness is important to us.
Not all purchases work out exactly as we plan but we are willing to do what is necessary to make you the customer happy. If you don’t contact us, we cannot possibly know if you are satisfied or dissatisfied.
