This is a great addition to a collection. This wooden kit is very easy to build. Measures 5"H x 9"W x 4"L. This is considered a 1/4 inch scale house. The main portion of the house not including the roof or base measures 1 1/2 inches H x 4 inches W x 2 3/4 inches deep. This could also be used as a 144th scale restaurant.
