Shipping: All packages are shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $1.95 Domestic and $2.95 International. There is no cost for shipping additional items. We only combine shipping on items PAID TOGETHER. If you pay for items separately and want them combined shipping later, you will be charged a $0.30 processing fee. Most of our items are very small; please check the package carefully before throwing it away. We rarely ship items in multiple boxes.
Returns: We promise to provide you with a defect free product unless specified in the description. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving any defective product to make your claim. If you change your mind about an item and would like to send it back, please return the item within 14 days for a complete refund less shipping and handling and a 10% restocking fee. Items returned used or broken without contacting us within 24 hours will only receive a 50% credit on the price of the item. We do not refund shipping and handling costs.
