I have listed the details below and this auction is for both Mailed (£3.00 P & P) and Emailed (free delivery) versions
The plans are The Victoria House, Kensington House and Tudor house plans all as previously sold here on ebay (and previously in our shop)
The Buy it now price is £9.97 and the P&P will be £3 for mailed plans and for the email option the postage is free
Postage for world wide is £6.75 (recorded international) or via email it is free

Kensington Manor Dolls house plans
(Please note these are plans only - no materials are supplied)
The Plans have been drawn in Autocad and have easy to follow instructions
They have been designed for use with plywood or MDF but are suited to other woods if required
The approx size is as follows 850mm Long x 470mm Wide x 1060mm High
There are 6 main rooms with an attic/loft and 3 halls
Clearly laid out design and drawing (we used to sell these in our old dolls house shop)
and we have had many satisfied customers on Ebay (just check my feedback)
The emailed plans are easy to print off and come with full printing instructions
