I purchased this unit new for making entry door arched panel and rail cuts. The unit works perfect. It was only used a couple of times when my partner decided to quit making doors. I will include the basic templates as well as some custome ones I made. The uni will ship UPS Ground.

SPECIFICATIONS AND INFO

ARCHED RAISED PANELS & CROWNS: Shown above is the 30 inch PANELCRAFTER  method of shaping arched raised panels & crowns. For clarity, guards are not shown, but are recommended for safety when operating machinery. With sufficient power & the proper cutters, pre-bandsawing is eliminated.

The X & Y movement is made easy by means of a reverse air flow system. With the control valve, on the left, you control the amount of air cushion from .001 to .003, thru a series of air jets on the bottom of the unit, eliminating friction. Glides over miter bar slot; no need to fill.

The material is centered with a rack & pinion connected directly to the pinion gear with a knob, for easy, maintenance free operation. For safety, hands are kept away from the cutters.

COPE CUTS: Coping is fast, easy & safe with the PANELCRAFTER. The cope bar is attached to the base with two knob screws. Use a blowout or backer board with the cope bar to eliminate blowout.

RAIL CUTS: Rail cutting is safe & easy using the 30" Panelcrafter. Using a straight template, or use straight edge of the #2 female template, on a fence or ball bearing rub collar; adjust cutters to proper depth, then clamp the material securely with the pneumatic clamping cylinders.
