This is a pretty compact (possibly vintage) with mirror and powder puff inside. The compact isn’t marked, but the powder puff has a ribbon across it that says Dorset Fifth Avenue. Underneath that is a fitted, removable mesh piece that sits on top of the tiny bit of face powder that’s left.

 

The compact top has a silver background with raised, shiny gold decoration. The sides and bottom are gold tone, the bottom has an engraved design, and the compact opens with a push button.

 

There are some tiny rust spots on the compact and the mirror has some issues (see photo). It opens and snaps shut fine.
