Movie description
Director Bruce Beresford's thriller stars Ashley Judd as Libby Parsons, a young woman with a seemingly happy marriage and a prosperous life. While on a weekend sailing trip, she wakes up in the middle of the night to find the boat covered in blood and her husband, Nick (Bruce Greenwood), missing. Since she's found holding a knife covered in her husband's blood, Libby's quickly indicted and convicted of murder. Her lawyer suggests that she give up her son, and he's soon adopted by her friend, Angie (Annabeth Gish), who promptly disappears with the child. Although Libby's angry enough to break out of prison, her lawyer-cellmate advises her to wait for parole and take advantage of double jeopardy protection, a legal loophole that prevents her from being tried for the same crime twice. Six years later, Libby's paroled into a halfway house under the care of hard-bitten probation officer Travis Lehman (Tommy Lee Jones). She escapes immediately, taking off to find her son and exact revenge on those who framed her. Lehman, expecting as much, is fast on her trail.

Shot in Prince George, Revelstoke, and Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. In the United States, it was shot at the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi, and New Orleans, Louisiana.

DOUBLE JEOPARDY was a surprise hit at the box office, grossing more than $115 million in the United States alone. The film's success elevated the already well-known Ashley Judd to celebrity status.

This auction is for the great dvd DOUBLE JEOPARDY starring Tommy Lee Jones and Ashley Judd . The dvd comes in it's original case. The dvd is in perfect condition and ready to watch. This is a great dvd for any suspense fan.

 

All dvds/games are original and were purchased from retail stores no fakes, copies or counterfeit dvds. Please feel free to check my feedback.

 

Payment:

  I accept PAYPAL only from all buyers.  Other payment can be made only upon request. Please arrange a payment or make payment within 3 days of the auction closing. Payment is to be received no later than 7 days of auction ending. If payment has not been received or arranged within 7 days, further action will be taken.

 

Shipping:

   Items will be shipped out with in 3 days of the payment being received. All dvds/games will be packaged to avoid damage during shipping.  Shipping services are listed below for U.S. buyers and International Buyers:

 

             U.S. Buyers: I offer a flat shipping rate of 3.00 for First-Class Mail

 

             International Buyers: I offer First-Class International Mail based on location. I also offer other shipping services upon request.

 

Combined Shipping:

  I offer combined shipping on all dvds/games. For U.S. Buyers it is 3.00 for the first and than 1.00 for each additional dvd/game up to five. After five the mail service will change to media mail based on location and a set price will be issued in the invoice. For international buyers the regular shipping cost for the first and the 2.00 for each additional dvd/game up to five.

 

Return Policy:

  If I make a mistake in the listing that effects the dvd/game or the condition it is in, I will refund the full amount including the shipping. I do not refund for a error made by the post office. I stand behind what I sale.
