A: The price is just for the mobile home. The monthly rent for the lot it is sitting on is $130.00/month.

A: No, sorry, but I cannot finance. Home is in a trailer park. Nearest trailer is about 40 feet away. Property is rented from the park for $135/mo. Thanks
