Doves in Flight Gibson Guitar

You are bidding on a mint or near mint virtually unplayed Gibson Doves in Flight accoustic Guitar. This is a 1999 Gibson Doves in Flight designed by Master Luthier Ren Ferguson. The Doves in Flight Custom bears 28 individually engraved Doves, each an original design unto itself. This Guitar includes the Gibson Historic Custom Shop black Case.

Serial # 92889017. This guitar has a Sitka Spruce top with abalone edge trim and sound hole rosette, well figured curly maple neck, back and sides, ebony fingerboard and bridge, doves in flight engraved inlays on the peghead, fingerboard, pickguard, and bridge, Custom Shop decal on the back of the peghead, and gold plated engraved tuners. The neck is specially carved 1960's style with a rare 1 9/16 width nut (very thin). The top is a natural top and enchanced cherry lacquer back , sides, and neck.

This guitar is easy to fret and has a wonderful sound. Crisp and clear yet rich in sound. I haven't looked up the new custom price for this guitar but am told it is somewhere between $10,000 and $11,000. My reserve is well below the dealer cost!  I am the second owner having this guitar since 2001. As already stated it is virtually unplayed.
