The KZ-04 Plant Growth Stimulator (named such for legal reasons) is  manufactured in Australia.
The KZ-04 is a DUAL function unit as per Dr Beck's ORIGINAL DESIGN. 
State of the art circuit design enables the KZ-04 to operate from a single
9 Volt battery by utilizing a DC-DC converter boosting the 9 Volt batteries
output to 33 +/- 1 volts.
The battery is easily replaced by removing a slide-off lid.
Solid state electronics are housed in a stylish new enclosure featuring a built-in battery compartment and anti-slip pads.
The unit is light weight, fully portable and can be carried in a pocket or strapped on.
