Shipping/Handling Cost: Includes a handling fee for delivery confirmation, envelope/box, packing supplies, label and ink. I ship via United States Post Office.

International Shipments: I do not ship internationally that includes Canada.

Combining Shipping/Handling Cost: I do combine shipping and I will quote at auctions end for multiple wins based on weight of the items. If all items are shipped in one box there is only one handling charge. Therefore, the shipping cost to you will only increase by the cost associated with the weight of each additional item(s).

Payment: Payment is expected within 7 days of auction close. Please let me know if you need more time and we can work something out. I will file unpaid item disputes if necessary.

Returns: I do not accept returns on new items.

Information on Detailed Seller Ratings: It is the star system at the bottom of the feedback page. The way Ebay has it worded, 4 stars sounds almost perfect, but as a seller, if I don't average higher than 4.3 stars, I could lose selling privileges. So before leaving a detailed rating, please, keep in mind that anything other than five stars does actually penalize me.

On the Ebay website is the following tips for the Detailed Seller Ratings: How accurate was the item description? Review the item title and description to see if they match the item you received. How satisfied were you with the seller's communication? Recall if the seller addressed any questions or concerns that you had, and did so in a professional manner. Consider only business days when evaluating the timeliness of the seller’s communication (sellers may not check email on weekends and holidays). How quickly did the seller ship the item? Rate the seller on the time it took to mail the item, not the time it took you to receive the item. Don’t hold sellers responsible for delays in mail services or for the time it takes for your payment to clear. How reasonable were the shipping and handling charges? Remember that sellers may charge for the cost of the actual packaging materials, along with a reasonable handling fee to cover the seller’s time and direct costs associated with shipping. Please take this into account when leaving the stars: UNLESS YOU WERE TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE PLEASE CONSIDER LEAVING 5 STARS! It is very important to me.
