Our return/exchange process is fast and buyer friendly. All returns and exchanges are handled through our secure customer service ticketing software for help with monitoring the progress and quality of all requests. A copy of the return/exchange process will be sent with your package for your records.
A Return Request Form MUST be completed on our company website before any return or exchange will be accepted. All returns/exchanges package must have prior approval from World’s Best Deals before the package can be sent in. Returned packages received without approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. World’s Best Deals does not reimburse any shipping charges. When returning a package, please make sure you do insure the package, use sufficient packaging, and use a shipping carrier that has tracking capabilities as World’s Best Deals is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Once your package has been received, please allow 7-10 business days for our Returns Department to verify the returned contents and issue either a refund or an exchange. All refunds are refunded back to the original payment method.
We currently do not allow for walk in returns or exchanges at our location.
