Please read all the terms carefully and understand them prior to bidding.  These will answer 99% of your questions.   For questions not covered here, please send me a message thru eBay.

•      Items are described as accurately as possible.  The item shown in the pictures is the exact item you will receive.
•      I generally do not end auctions early, preferring them to run to the end of the listing time.   I also do not respond to offers of less than the opening bid while the auction is still running. 
•      PayPal is the only acceptable payment form. 
•      When the item is paid for thru PayPal, I ship based on the PayPal address, so please make sure that this address is correct.  If it is not, please provide the correct mailing address in the PayPal note to me. 
•      I ship out items within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment, exceptions being weekends and federal holidays where the Post Office is closed.  Positive feedback will be given stating the ship date and applicable tracking number.   
•      Due to size and weight restrictions, some items will be sent by Parcel Post and will be noted in the shipping charges.   I am not responsible for any delivery speeds.
•      Payment must be received within 10 days of end of auction, no exceptions. A reminder will be sent on the 8^th day after the auction if payment has not been received yet.  If payment is not made within the 10 days, an Unpaid Item Dispute will be issued and negative feedback will be given.  
•      Requests for a refund must be communicated to me immediately upon the receipt of the item.   Refunds are up to the discretion of the seller and will be handled case by case.  No refund will be issued until the merchandise is returned to and received by me. 
•      Insurance available upon request and will be based on final value of the auction and the winner will be notified of the insurance charges. I am not responsible for the loss of uninsured packages. Insured packages, if lost, will have insurance claims filed, but be aware the US Post Office takes 3-6 months to complete the claim and issue a refund.
•      The item is for sale to every bidder worldwide.  However the shipping method for ALL Non-USA packages will be by Express mail which is trackable and more expensive.   This is due to a recent rash of lost, incorrectly given mailing addresses, and excessively long delivery times to international destinations which I have no control over.   The shipping costs are calculated based on destination country.   The final bid price will be the value declared on the Customs forms as required by eBay regulations and international customs laws.
