This is the the Dragon Lid Two Flame Lighter - Red Flame and Regular Flame.  Flip the Crocodile lid, the Red & Blue  neon light will flash.the Dragon in the middle of the lighter.  Press the ignition button, the Red Flame comes out . After you release the button, the Twin Regular Flame  comes out from the mouth of the Dragon  Wow!  What a Cool Party Lighter!

The lighter is made of solid metal and is refillable with butane gas  The flame is adjusted by simply turning the control at the bottom.
