| If we ship the wrong product, or if
the product is found to be defective, based on the manufacturer's
specifications, the product will either be replaced or refunded
at the discretion of our company. In order to receive full refunds,
the product must be in a new condition, as received; otherwise,
partial refunds will be issued. Prior authorization for Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all returns. We will
credit you once we receive the product back and inspect it.
Items returned to us without RMA# will be refused. Items returned
to us with an RMA# must be received in a timeframe of the RMA insurance,
and will be refunded appropriately within 10 business days. Please
allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your
credit card statement. A return item with damage caused by you will
receive at most 20% refund, will immediately be discarded, Attempting
to do a credit card chargeback in a return not compliance with our
policies will incur an administrative fee of $50 per chargeback.
We are not responsible for shipping charges or return shipping charges
on defective or return items unless you receive the wrong item or
are missing an item from your order.
Liability Limit: In no event shall our company or our parent, subsidiaries,
affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any special, indirect, incidental
or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the
products, bids placed on the auction site, the auction site's services
or these terms and conditions (however arising, including negligence),
including lost profits, whether or not the possibility of such damages
was, or could have been, known. The liability of our company and
our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers, and the respective
employees, to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited
to the greater of (a) the amount paid by you for the product purchased
hereunder, and (b) $100. |
