Checkout Process:
To pay for your item, simply use the "Pay Now" button at
the top of the page after you win. Also, a little while after
the close of your auction, you will receive a "Winning Bidder Notification" via
e-mail, which will take you to the same checkout web page as the button
mentioned earlier. If you have already completed this step, just
ignore this e-mail. Please contact me at walltowallsales@gmail.com with any
questions.
Payments Accepted:
Payment can be
made through PayPal or Money Orders.
Paypal Confirmed Addresses:
We reserve the right to require shipment to a
confirmed shipping address, especially when the buyer is new to Ebay or
Paypal, and also on high value transactions. This means that if you
send a payment with an unconfirmed address, we may return it to you and ask for
a confirmed address.
Payment Time Limits: All payments mailed must be
postmarked within 7 days after the close of the auction. Electronic
payments must be received within 7 days of the close of the auction. If
this rule is violated, your item may be relisted. Exceptions may
be made only if you contact me before you place your bid.
Shipping Prices: The shipping price quoted in the
auction is for the 48 Contiguous States and includes insurance. We may
ship to Alaska and Hawaii but an additional
charge will be added. Please ask before you bid!!!
Freight Shipping
Prices: Some items are to
large to ship using Fedex Ground. These will need to be picked up by the
buyer or shipped with a freight carrier. Local pickup in Hot Springs,
Arkansas is always free. If you are unable to pick it up here and
need freight shipping, please email me with the following information and I
will get a quote for you:
-What is your zip code and city?
-Do you have a commercial or
residential address?
-Do you have a loading dock or forklift? If not
you will most likely need a liftgate truck.
-If it is shipping to a
residential address, are you interested in picking the unit up from the nearest
freight dock to save money?
International Bids: On some items, we may be
willing to ship internationally. However, you must contact us before you bid to be
approved. If you are not approved, please do not bid.
PAYPAL IS GENERALLY NOT ACCEPTED FROM INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS. Suggested
payment types are Bank Wire Transfer and Money Order. Also, we will never
declare the item as less value than it was purchased for on customs forms,
so please do not ask us to.
Tax: Arkansas residents must add 8% sales
tax. This option will be available upon checkout.
Combining
Orders:
Multiple items can sometimes be boxed together
if possible to reduce shipping charges, but it must be requested and approved
before the end of the auction.
Warranty: We try to test all the items we
sell, but there are some items we are unable to test, either because of lack of
time, test equipment, or technical knowledge.
In regards to
items sold with a NO DOA Warranty, if they arrive and are nonfunctional or not as described, the
buyer will receive a refund upon
return of the item. This does not cover incompatibility issues. Please ensure compatibility before bidding.
In regards to items sold AS
IS, they are not
guaranteed. In these instances, the item may be untested or
partially tested, have declared damage, or be missing components.
The only way an AS IS item will be refunded
is if the item description was wrong. On items sold AS IS, the buyer has 7
days to verify that any statements made in the item description are
accurate. If there are questions about an item that are not answered in
the description (is ??part?? included, does it power up, etc...) please ask
them before you bid. We describe the items as best we can, but we do
not claim to be experts on every item we sell.

Items paid for by Sunday 10:00 PM CST
are normally shipped on Monday Items paid for by Tuesday 10:00 PM CST
are normally shipped on Wednesday
Items paid for by Thursday 10:00 PM CST are normally
shipped on Friday

qualified and authorized technician, and maintained according to factory specifications
in order to insure accurate test results.
